Default Attributes Question

I'm confused on some topics.

PVP chars have 200 atributes pts or most lvl 20 players have 200 pts

I'm currently leveling my pve char (lvl 13) and doing some quest. I have noticed that either I have missed a few spells quests or they are at the vendor only. Also, I know that you spend skill points for a capture signet.

1. If I decide to get all the skills from the vendor/boss (I much rather do the quest ) would my pve char be gimped for pvp?

2. Are the spells at the skill vendor obtainable by other methods? (maybe I missed a few quest)
a) boss
b) quest

3. Should make 1 char for pvp and a pve char to obtain all the skills / gear?

4. If I use a skill point for a skill or skill signet, Does the game open a quest for me to recuperate that attribute pt? To end up with 200 pts at lvl 20? Or the mission bonus is to take care of the points invested in vendors/bosses?

Sounds like you enjoy PvE. If that's the case, you actually have an unlimited number of skill points in your future. At level 20, you keep getting experiece, like you were going to get a level, but you only get a skill point. So if you plan to keep exploring, farming, or what ever to get experience, you will have all the skill points you can spend.

That being said... I wouldn't buy a skill from a vender simply because it was there. Make sure you want to use it.

The 200 attribute points aren't the same thing as the skill points you get. You get 1 skill point per lvl and continue getting them after you hit lvl 20 also as the above poster mentioned. You should go and do all the quests you can do to get skills and search more after that for the other quested ones. Some come from sources that aren't even one of your class trainers. I would recommend trying to get all the non-elites via questing or as many as you can and use SoC for your elite skills.

Tnxs I thought that both where the same thing

I thing I'm uncertain is are the skill in the vendors ... those are quested or can only be bought at them. Because when I left pre Ascalon I when all over the map. Talked to the main guy 3 times and the second job 2 times, and was still missing 1 of each when I got to post Ascalon I even whent across the norten wall to see if there where any quest there. Found another missing pair at Grenwich Courthouse and another pair at Ice Tooth Cave I belive. (pair = 1 for main and 1 for sub)

So far I think I have done all the quest even if its not skill ralated just in case it opens up a skill quest later on, exept for the 9 lever quest wich I can't finish. I take the 9 levers and nothing happens
